2. Power System

The SK260 is equipped with a Hino J05E-TF industrial diesel engine, which has the following features:

4-cylinder, water-cooled, turbocharged intercooled structure, with a maximum torque of 740 N·m at 1600 rpm, strong low-end torque output, stable performance even under high altitude, high temperature and continuous heavy load conditions.
Meets different regional emission standards: new versions adopt high-pressure common rail injection + DOC+DPF+SCR aftertreatment system, which complies with EU Stage V / China IV emission requirements; older versions meet Stage III / China III standards for low-emission-regulation markets.

3. Hydraulic System

It adopts KOBELCO’s proprietary iNDr (Integrated Noise & Dust Reduction) load-sensing hydraulic system:

Equipped with dual variable-displacement piston pumps, which can automatically adjust hydraulic flow and pressure according to actual operation demands, realizing precise matching between engine power and load.
Fast response and smooth compound action: boom lifting, arm retraction, bucket rotation and swing can be operated synchronously without obvious lag, meeting the precision requirements of fine construction such as trenching and slope trimming.
Independent hydraulic oil cooling circuit, effectively controls oil temperature rise under long-time heavy load operation, extending the service life of hydraulic components by more than 20% compared with similar products.

Three operation modes for free switching:
- H (Heavy) mode: Full power output, maximum efficiency for heavy load conditions such as rock excavation;
- S (Standard) mode: Balances efficiency and fuel consumption for daily earthwork and loading operations;
