2. Core Performance Advantages

2.1 High Efficiency & Low Fuel Consumption

Equipped with a world-famous brand engine (Isuzu/Cummins for different emission versions) with strong power and high reliability.
Matched with SANY’s proprietary positive flow hydraulic system, which has 15% faster response speed than traditional negative flow systems, smooth composite action, and 8% higher operating efficiency than competing products of the same tonnage.
3 working modes (Power/Economy/Lifting) are optional for different scenarios, reducing comprehensive fuel consumption by 10% compared to peers.

2.2 Super Durability & Reliability

The boom, arm and main frame are made of Q355 high-strength steel, with stress relief treatment at welding positions, passing 10,000 hours of heavy load fatigue test without failure.
Adopts imported Kawasaki hydraulic pump and valve, with low failure rate. The parallel heat dissipation system supports stable operation under 45℃ high ambient temperature.
The wear-resistant four wheels and one belt (track, rollers, idler, sprocket, carrier roller) have 30% longer service life than ordinary products.

2.3 Operator Comfort

The cab is FOPS/ROPS certified, with large space and 360° panoramic vision.
Equipped with adjustable shock-absorbing seat, constant temperature air conditioning, ergonomic low-effort control joysticks, and a 7-inch high-definition display that shows real-time equipment status and fault alerts. Humanized designs such as USB charging port and large storage space are also available.

2.4 Easy Maintenance & Intelligent Management

All routine maintenance points are centrally arranged and accessible from the ground, no need to climb the vehicle for filter replacement.
The hydraulic oil replacement cycle is extended to 5,000 hours, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
Built-in SANY SYNC telematics system supports remote monitoring of equipment location, working hours, fuel consumption and fault warning. Fleet managers can check equipment status via mobile APP, and get after-sales support in time to reduce downtime.

3. Optional Configurations

To adapt to diversified working conditions, customers can choose:

Special attachments: rock bucket, grid bucket, grapple, hydraulic breaker, auger, compactor, etc.
Quick coupler: switch between different attachments within 5 minutes.
Functional accessories: front dozer blade, rubber track block (for road protection), cold start kit (for -30℃ low temperature environment), heated seat, reversing camera, etc.

4. Global After-sales Support

SANY has more than 2,000 service outlets and 10,000+ professional service engineers covering over 150 countries and regions, providing 24-hour on-site response and 24-hour delivery of common spare parts. The official warranty policy is 1 year/2000 working hours for the whole machine, 3 years/7000 working hours for core components (engine, hydraulic pump, main valve). The 3-year resale value of the SY155C is 15-20% higher than most competing products of the same class.
