2. Core Advantages

(1) High Efficiency & Low Fuel Consumption

The optimized power-hydraulic matching technology reduces action response delay by 15% compared with peer products, and supports smooth compound actions of boom, arm and bucket. Its comprehensive hourly fuel consumption is only 22-28L under standard working conditions, which is 10% lower than competing models, saving more than $4,000 of annual operating cost per unit for users.

(2) Ultra-high Reliability

Key structural parts (boom, arm, undercarriage frame) adopt high-strength wear-resistant steel, passing 10,000 hours of accelerated durability test and 300,000 times of load impact test.
The reinforced undercarriage (four wheels and one belt) has a service life of up to 8,000 hours under harsh mining conditions.
Core electrical and hydraulic components are supplied by global first-tier brands including Bosch, Siemens and Kawasaki, with an average failure rate 20% lower than industry average.

(3) Comfortable & Safe Operation

The fully sealed pressurized cab has ROPS/FOPS safety certification, with internal noise as low as 72dB.
Equipped with air suspension seat, 10-inch high-definition touch control screen, automatic constant temperature air conditioning, USB charging port and adjustable ergonomic joystick, effectively reducing driver fatigue during long-time operation.

(4) Easy Maintenance

All filter elements and maintenance ports are designed for ground-level access, and working device lubrication points are centrally arranged on the side of the fuselage, cutting daily maintenance time by 30%.
Engine oil replacement interval is extended to 500 hours, and hydraulic oil replacement interval reaches 5000 hours.

(5) Intelligent Management

Standard equipped with SANY SYNC telematics system, which supports real-time monitoring of equipment location, working hours, fuel consumption and fault warning, and enables remote diagnosis and after-sales scheduling, helping users realize digital fleet management.

3. Applicable Scenarios

The SANY SY365C can be equipped with extended boom/arm, crushing hammer, ripper, grab and other optional accessories to adapt to diverse scenarios:

Mining and quarrying: ore stripping, loading, crushing site auxiliary operations
Large-scale infrastructure: high-speed railway, airport, port construction, large foundation excavation
Municipal engineering: urban demolition, river dredging, waste landfill treatment
Water conservancy and forestry: reservoir construction, forest logging, river regulation

4. After-sales & Market Performance

SANY provides 24/7 global after-sales support, with core components enjoying a 3-year / 7000-hour warranty. It has more than 2,000 service outlets and 10,000 after-sales engineers worldwide, ensuring 2-hour response and 24-hour fault resolution in most regions.

As of 2023, the global cumulative sales of SANY SY365C have exceeded 60,000 units, and it has been highly recognized by users in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Africa for its high cost performance and stable performance.
